1. KEEP LISTINGS CURRENT
If you no longer wish to sell a piece, please remove it from your active listings. Maintain your profile, contact info, and payout accounts so everything’s up to date.
2. BE PROMPT
Accept orders within 24 hours, and ship in a timely manner—ideally within 48 hours, and no later than one week from the purchase date.
3. STAY ORGANIZED
Keep proof of postage, and send tracking info to buyers.
4. COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Check and respond to messages regularly. Keep buyers informed regarding shipping times or other important info.
5. THANK YOUR SUPPORTERS!
Consider sending your piece with a handwritten note, and/or write a follow up message once your item has shipped!
